Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase/gift, and we understand that exchanges and returns sometimes need to happen. So, we want to make this process as easy as possible if you do need it.
REVIEW YOUR ORDER
Once you receive your BlueTherapy merchandise, please check it out immediately and make sure everything fits and is exactly what you ordered.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
If you need to exchange or return an item, you can simply send it back within 30 days of the delivery date. The item needs to be returned in its original unused condition, and needs to be unwashed, unworn, and free from any stains and odors.
SHIPPING POLICY
We are a small business right now, so we are not able to cover the shipping costs on a return. If you want a refund on a return item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Once we receive your returned item and have looked it over, you can expect a refund within 5 business days.
MAKE AN EXCHANGE
If you love your BlueTherapy merchandise, but something just didn’t quite work, and you just need to exchange the item for a different size we will be happy to help you process this exchange!
SALE ITEMS / GIFT CARDS
We are not able to offer a return on sale items or gift cards, but we can work with you to offer an exchange so that you are happy with your purchase/gift.
